none dont work becouse of secuity virus and hijack pc .

only way is using a real apple/android re package app......

same as popup ect ect ect .....

you can still buy ppi traffic but it scarce and cost .

there a pdf somewhere on this forum that helps you understand.

you get something on play store that downloading grate, you re-engineer it as yours and add adverts in it to earn commission.

usually, a game, change colours, and name and other stuff add advert code, then re-upload as yours on apple or Andriod for downloads ..

you earn off the adverts showing to downloaders .

Brother I believe you are talking about applications if I'm not wrong?

My question is pay per download sites that pay users when you sent the traffic and if they download the file (say ebook in the form of pdf which I've uploaded in their server) they will pay for it.
