Instagram Shadow Banned and some questions ?

Hello ,

I use IG as a Hobbist photographer and I have 3,5 k Followers. I think I am shadow banned or flagged. I don't know the difference. I searched from my Wife IG hashtags of my last post and in some I notice I can't see my post ...
First of all is there any other way to see if i have problem ?
Second what can i do to solve this problem ? I have read, I must delete Hashtags from my last posts (about 9 posts). I have to change my account from business to personal and stay off for about 24 hours. Are all these correct ? Will i solve the problem ? Or I am in the Black list of Instagram and I have to create new account ???

Finally how about schedule platforms like Planoly ? are they prohibited ? can i use ? or there is possibility my account get banned for this reason ??

how old is your account?

Actually, there are some situations, when you can get shadow bun without a specific reason. Check if you have it and try to contact IG support team. They are not really communicative, but you still can get a chance to find an answer.

and you confirm mail, phone? how much posts you added?
