Making money with whatsapp

Hi Mates. So I've got this phone numbers of people who are interested in making money/investing either online or offline. But the problem that I have is that I do not want to spend much to make money off this as they are 3rd tiers country with huge population.

All suggestions and ideas are very welcomed and would be appreciated.

I'm thinking i could create a whatsapp group and do some affliate stuff or anything.
