Are hashtags down

Anyone else getting zero reach from hashtag the last 2 days?
I noticed that on the feed that I do not see any 'posts' from my 'followed' hashtags either.
Instagram have issues? Or shadowban?
It's like this across multiple devices and accounts for me though.

It is 100% shadowban. They will unban you in 1 to never days. Usually they ban for 2 weeks.

Hashtags still work pretty well, you probably got shadowbanned.

Okay, so it seems you can be shadow banned but still be visible on the hashtag page.

Hell, I even see the post on the top of hashtag (checked on proxy without logging in). However it won't show the post on people's newsfeed.

So the stats look something like:

Likes: 800
Comments: 90
Reach: 960

Impressions from Reach: 70
Impressions from Homepage: 1100

Wonder why the account can be shadow banned. This account and devices only used organic growth method and manual interaction. No f/uf, only manually liking and commenting on people throughout the day.

Seems like they upgrade their shadow ban....

It's from instagram business analytics (same for creator account).

The weird part is that never did automation on this account but noticed every now and then some posts will just get no meaningful reach from hashtag. This account only has 2000 follower so 800~ likes and 90~ comments is normally enough to bring it to around 10k~ reach from hashtags. (would consider it to be excellent post, since the engagement is all organic).

I noticed this happened this week before when IG was down. But when the service came back up the hash tag reach started to increase as well. However not seeing that for this post. It's been around 18 hours since post and the hashtag reach still around 80~ so most of it is probably from people actually SEARCHING for the hashtag and seeing it in the `top` section.

Same happening to me right now... it appears in the hashtags, but it doesn't have any reach from them.
