doing proper SEo but no traffic :(

I have a depression base blog which i am running from feb. 2019. and it is end of october.
it has around 270 posts. with proper onpage and offpage seo.

their were 135 kws were ranking now 22 left. as per ahrefs.

i want to share my website but feeling afraid.

can anyone help me plz.

270 post is good, how about the quality.. 8 months progress is enough by the way how old is your website?

It would take time to rank a blog related to medicine(even if you are not selling anything) because I think Google ranks these website based on a LOT of authority.
Try to make different social channels(Insta,FB,Youtube,Pinterest) to drive more traffic.
You have 270 post so that's a lot of content to start!

If you keywords have a good rank and you still not recieve traffic, then probably you rank wrong keywords.

I suggest to change your writer, maybe the quality of your articles is poor and that's why you have these problems.
Even with just a few backlinks if your articles are good, you will rank for many keywords.

i am writing myself by proper research. doing proper kw research from ahrefs, moz and google adwords. using grammerly too (pad).

If you also wrote articles for that one then again I am telling you, get a better writer or learn how to write better because your site ranks for only 2 keywords (according to semrush) , which is bad for a site with 30+ articles.
Your content is weak - according to google! - your opinion about your own quality of writing is irrelevant here.
