TAT is very fast. Got my link live in around 30 minutes. I mentioned my niche to OP and OP gave me the link from a niche-related subreddit, which is awesome.
Link is got indexed within 26 hours or less.
This is the best quality link you can get at this cheap price.
My 2 cent
In my suggestion, only one thing can be improved. As it's a contextual link, it would be great if the link gets surrounded by some words describing what you can expect if you click the link.
This will certainly increase the link weight as well as CTR of the link.
