Creating Headers & Footers for a SITE HELP....

Hey everybody ok... so I have started an incentive site (just testing right now) now it is simuliar to this site hxxp://www.isforfree.com/ my problem is how the header and footer are so dull and boring compared to here hxxp://temp2.isforfree.com/ or here hxxp://temp3.isforfree.com/ any suggestions to customizing the site I dont know that much about php a little... Should I use photoshop or xsite if possibleto create the tables... Thanks Guys & Gals
