Hi , I want to start my DS store with $500 .
I know wordpress , design so can put all of my money on advertising . but I don't have any products and live in tier3 country so its hard to ship products to US or UK .
my idea is use https://www.spreadshirt.com/ to design T-Shirts and sell them on my own site
my goal is $100/month ...

Need your advice , thanks

I'm targeting a tier 3 country and have 2 dropshipping stores. I think tshirt is a great idea, done right with social media and perhaps sold on eBay Amazon etc.
Why don't you give it a try and let us know how you get on.
Wish you all the best on your journey

Thanks for your help but I can't use ebay , amazon in my country so its much harder than other countries . I should buy paypal acc or everything that is free for all .
what do you think about spreadshirt? I think its better to work with a guy who lives in tier 1 or 2 (? )country

Sure maybe open up a jv there is always ways around things, PayPal is restricted in my country also but most people use stripe. I love your tee-shirt idea it can be profitable if you target the right audience

Any advice on how to get started on this? Never looked into it but seems more fun than challenging and I've been looking for a passtime :|

I read you are only learning WordPress so probably Shopify would be good place to start unless you want to go WordPress route, lots of helpful tutorials. There is a thread on print design IL find it and post it later.
Depends how good your graphic skills are or you can hire a designer. I'm actually targeting here and tier 3 on 1 store and tier 3 on the other. What do you want to know?

Always top advice homie <3 , I've got programming skills if that would make WP or Shopify any easier? I've got a few graphics designers for logo, thumbnail and site images that I could hire to pump out some different styles of GFX and give them percentages sounds like the best idea. I just need to know how to advertise the store itself?

I prefer WordPress but Shopify seems to convert better with Facebook. Luckily I have a good marketer so we both promote together. Best bet would be social media and Seo to promote, it's coming up to Xmas you could also hit the markets etc, local business

I know you didn't ask me, but: SEO, or Facebook ads doing the ole' "Flex Targeting", which can hit really insane ROI (I personally believe this is where like 95% of dropshippers fail)

Try and target 2 niches in the same t-shirt, like a design of a fish that is programming, and then target people who love fishing + coding (multiple layers) = Boom, great ROI. (Bad example, but you get the point)

SEO is self explanatory, target low comp keywords + rank, and you WILL get sales, this is my bread and butter and I can confirm it works great. :D

Targeting two niches in one completely jumped my head now I'm restarting instead of going with one topic D;

That's mostly for FB ads in my opinion, that way you can really hit your target audience. SEO is different, so it depends what you're going for.
