Alternatives to cloning a website.

I found this fantastic sales page in the same nich as me. I Tried to grab it using httrack but it was broken when it finished downloading, I was wondering if there were any other way like maybe forwarding that page with my custom links or something, since i've read about hackers using this technique when hacking bank accounts.

Not a viable method for scaling + don't really know how to code

I used Fiverr for this once. The guy rebuilt the landing page with elementor. It was almost identical.

A good web developer will be able mimic/copy any website, just try finding one if you don't have much knowledge in coding.

I think that forwarding a website with custom urls can result in just as good if not better results with almost no money/effort and way more scalable.

Will it be rebuilt?

It actually is the only method for scaling. Why not take this as an opportunity and learn some coding?
