1. Do keyword research and use the most relevant keywords in your Pin descriptions and Board names. You can get some keyword ideas from the guided bar under the main search.
2. Use Rich Pins.
3. Join plenty of groups related to your niche and post your content there regularly.
4. Use HQ, engaging and colorful images for your Pins — Pinterest users adore aesthetically pleasing content.
5. Increase your overall engagement — pin, repin, and comment as much as possible.
6. Use Pinterest Analytics to see what kind of posts your audience liked the most. Then, create similar content or pins with the same type of images.

Try targeting better more searched keywords and post good content consistently.
Consistency is what a lot of people struggle with but it is very important. Keywords also plays a big part as you want to go for good solid keywords, a good method is searching in at the top your target keyword and see what views they are getting to see if it is worth trying to target it.
