Do 301 or 302 redirects pass on link juice?

I was curious to know about the link juice passed on by both 301 and 302 redirects. If both redirects do pass link juice indeed, then which 3XX redirect does not?

301s do, I'm not sure about 302s as a I've never used them.

I had quite a few pages on an old version of a site that had a lot of juice. Those pages didn't exist anymore and were 404s, so I had created new pages. I used 301s to the new pages and the juice got passed - shows up in AHREFS etc.

Try to make the page relevant to whatever the original topic was if you can.

A 302 redirect is just to let Google know that a website or page has been moved temporarily. I've found the original page tends to remain indexed in Google, so it unlikely that any link value/equity is transferred to the new URL because Google thinks this is just a temporary arrangement.

The 301 'used to' lose about 20% of its link juice, but that has changed so that it essentially passes all of its link juice over. A 302 is a temporary redirect and should only be used, as it states, temporarily.

301 redirect means "Moved Permanently" and passes almost 99% equity to the new URL. 302 means "Moved Temporarily" it does not pass any link equities.
