You can connect two or more pc by using ethernet or firewire. but fireWire connections work only on Windows XP and ethernet requires a crossover cable or another piece of hardware, either a hub or a switch.

If you didn't understand it let me explain to for example there's a program giving free trail time for each pc so the only way to keep using it is making the pc treated as another pc each time especially when it becomes needed to connected to iOS
