someone has copied my website in 3 domain

Hello guys,
I was analyzing my backlins in GWT and found 3 domains pointing to my site. the problem is that these 3 domains have copied the intergrality of my website (design, logo, meta description ...) everything is identical to 100%.
what should I do exactly?

Report these domains to their host. Copyright is against most host policies

if they have an offshoring hosting you cant do a thing about copyright
or report the hosting... You can change your domainname and your hosting IP address or ask your own hosting provider to provide a solution
