Most guys I speak to doing pinterest are doing just 1 or two accounts and nearly all whitehat. Boring!

Who here still rocking mass accounts?

If so what is your setup? Mother child or how many pointing to money site?

I would say my main issue with it so far has been having the content to use to be able to post regularly. I have 1k pics and would post every 1-2 hours on money site account and currently have ~ 18 repin accounts. I repin to all from the money account as well as repin randomly from each other. But cos they are recycling the same 1k pins this made me shy of posting to much so I end up posting only 1-2 pins a day and only getting 1-3 hits on my site per day! Pathetic!

So what kind of numbers of pins should I need to scale up to 50 pins per day to have enough to avoid pinning the same pins too much plus how should I setup the structure of pinning/reppinning?

5.000 pics every account
Pin 20/25 a day
Don't repin
As much accounts as you can

Why not repin?

Do you post same single website for all accounts? What kind of number of accounts should expect what kind of traffic? So I will get and idea if I am on track.

600 accounts
Custom scheduler
3000 custom images per account
Images & descriptions randomized monthly
10 accounts per money site
Pin to multiple money site urls per account
48 pins/account/day

Please do tell me which software are you using? and how are you uploading such massive pics?

i would like to run only 5 accounts to avoid all the bullshit. not gonna happen.

any easy to use the tutorial for a guy who is noncoder.

I am a non-coder also....which is why I had it coded for me....you need to do what I did, read EVERYTHING you can find about Pinterest marketing, then write a blueprint, then find a coder capable of delivering it....

Repin is wasting time and unuseful.
No, I vary websites/accounts
Around 30/35 % of account you'll get won't provide traffic or only a bit portion of it

So how much impressions you are now generating for your money/primary account?

Agree.
I've bought repins and they didn't help at all.

Blackhat techniques won't work as well on Pinterest anymore for a few reasons. One is that even legitimate accounts are being banned for spam for posting as little as 30 times a day.

You can waste your time on this if you want, but my blackhat Pinterest days were never as lucrative as my 3 month old account for my 3 month old website. I'm at 2000 daily page views (not profile views on Pinterest, page views for my site) by doing Pinterest legitimately, using Tailwind and their tribes to drive engagement.

Edit: I want to be clear about what I'm saying.

I have a 6 year old Pinterest account that has been used for both white hat and black hat techniques over the years. It has only twice as many followers, it gets more repins, but it only drives ~100-300 page views a day.

My new account has only ever used white hat techniques, has a few thousand naturally gained followers and gains nearly 100 new followers a day, gets slightly fewer repins but gets many more clickthroughs and is driving more sales as well as more ad revenue.

Like I said, it's no skin off my back if you want to do blackhat on Pinterest. I just wouldn't want to leave this thread without warning you that you might not like the success, or lack thereof, when you do so.

I agree with you, and i just want to tell you a secret. pinterest every week end there is a robot or a manual reviewer who check all the activity during the week on your account and take the decision to rank more your pins or not, for that you will notice that every sunday or monday morning there is an increase or a decrease on your account engagement and sometimes it can be a huge change.

hello

You guys are missing the point totally with repinning.

It is not for any kind of mystical boost but just so you can scale up in a more natural looking way.

A manual reviewer for every single account on pinterest? lol. Ridiculous.
