I am start to remove admob ads from my app, is it ok?
not actually. if you already have this alert, hothing can solve issue.
after next time, if your app have just small amount of users, you better prevent your users showing ads for whiles.
if you already have this alert, just wait for thme.
normally it take a month.

I've had this problem on adsense twice.
I'm on the second one notice.
The first, I did nothing to resolve it, after about a week or so it was lifted and ads resumed. This time they're yet to lift it, can't remember how many days it has been.
I supposed it's the same thing for admob since, it's basically adsense for apps.

no, I don't do anything.
It's not a popular issue, ways to fix hasn't been figured out. Basically you just wait till adsense feels it's time
OP ot means you have to wait for 30days for manual review. What ever reason they stated while disabling ads please go and fix it before then. if possible clear your app of any questionable policy violation cos if after manual review the reason for disabling ad serving still persist they will disable your account.
