I want a solid recommendation for anchor text ratio for a Medium.com parasite which dances between page one and page two. Without Single backlink, except a backlink from Good and active forum. Any Good recommendations for anchor text ratio distribution.

If it's a parasite, then most likely you don't need to worry about its longevity, as they are mostly churn and burn projects, or even if you don't churn and burn, they may stick 3-6 months max. As such, I wouldn't worry too much about anchor text ratio, I have set it anywhere from 10-20% and it still works like a charm. (20% is a mixture of EM and PM anchor text). The thing that would work even better would be to channel HQ links to that page, which will push your ranking higher.

It depends which anchor ratio you have at this moment. Every single linked site and phrase have it's own anchor ratio. Check what anchor ratio have your top 10 serp opponents for targeted keyword and then adjust your anchor ratio according to this research.
