@luvlyraba seems your website is live with Google Ads. How is everything goin? Average CPC?

Absolutely we will be implementing something more structure soon, but if you want to have extra tips feel free to post them, another important thing is that as we explained IF you want the site can get backlinks from other sites of the networks as long as you agree to send links to them to, this will be made automatically once you have purchased the site and accepted to be part of the network.
Yes you can add blog posts, there is a special template within the site to add it if you want, I can't post any of the clients sites for privacy concerns (unless they specifically allow me to post their sites) otherwise you would have to trust me on it or, buy a site and I will explain you how to do it.
IF you are interested drop me a message and I can give you an entire manual about how to create your own PBN for free that will help you not only to get all your posts indexed faster (and more traffic from google for jobs) but it will help you to funnel more traffic to your site and to rank in your local area, we usually do not include it in the regular package because many people just want to follow the promotion methods we give by default and do not want to deal with the SEO part of it, but always happy to help.These are the data showing so far. Another important thing is that the traffic coming from Google for jobs it is tagged differently in your Google analytics, google itself add their utm codes so you can see it, example this is the traffic that one of our sites it is getting JUST from Google for jobs:

Update: I created the PBN with the guide provided by the seller, promoted a few jobs in about 5 Facebook groups per day and got my first payment from an advertiser:

Happy to see you are making sales, and as I said the sites have a complete e-commerce solution integrated, that in our case have been one of the the most profitable part of this venture.
Not really because you will be deceiving people, the jobs are real and there would be much development involved what you can do is to pin your job offer to appear as the main sponsor offer so you can get many people to it

Very interesting! I would consider purchasing as a total beginner. I am not experienced whatsoever in site building, SEO or Adsense, but eager to learn. My experience is in social media marketing (I could use that to my advantage for promotion) but this seems like it would be a great introduction for me to actually learn SEO, website monetization, and site maintenance. The site is pre built, automated, and is only a one time fee. Sounds great.
My only minor concern is that on mobile (haven't seen the desktop site yet) there are text formatting issues on nearly all of the job descriptions. There are also some graphics issues in the headers. These are easy fixes and could be fixed by myself even with no experience, but that's not really the point.
How can I be sure that my site will not have these issues or more complex issues in the future? The goal is for the website maintenance to be automated and that we focus on promotion. Especially as a beginner, I wouldn't want to worry about maintenance issues like these because they will tarnish reputation in front of potential job advertisers and job seekers. Forgive me if I am focusing on the smaller picture, but branding is a huge deal and minor imperfections like these make great branding difficult. Thanks in advance for your reply and cheers for offering what seems to be a great product.

I want to drive applicants through my personal job placement board because I already work with several staffing/job placement agencies that are local to me who pay me commission when they get applicants and fill positions. I currently only post jobs to my job board that are local to me. From my site applicants get sent to the local staffing agencies that I work with. Possible?

First of all, great seller in the crowd. Committed & delivered on time.
Super super super low priced product & integration.
Great theme and have valid job posting markup data to get listed in Google Jobs. (Wondering if someone can help to test google job listing like we are doing SERP check )
Nicely integrated API to start with Job Posting on Auto Pilot.
Seller is little busy every-time but as soon as he gets time he is ready to answer whatever query we have. (Always shoot question rather than saying 'Hi')
Some improvement can be done as time go which is minimal. Suggestion forwarded to seller. (Content area below every Taxonomy, etc.)
Theme is easily customizable, light weight, SEO friendly, Mobile friendly (Typography can be improved).
Overall at-least 9/10 super class product.
Go for it without thinking anything.

The TAT was as quoted and was pleased to watch it from afar as things took place.
The site is up and running now. Just needs some input from me but that is expected.
Jobs are coming through on a daily basis, which of course is what you want from a job board site.
The good man was able to answer questions and although they might not be straight away they are all answered within a good time frame and the longest was just over 24 hours.
Looking forward to ordering more from this seller if things pan out.
