or you can scrape Viral videos from other accounts and repost. That will definitely increase your account reach.
There are many other quick ways to do - I would use BHW search engine to figure this out.

.You can try this simple method that I use to grow my manual accounts.

1. - Find good sources to get followers from in your niche, they must be active and post frequently. A couple times a day is best. Find several accounts around 20 say.
2. - Follow them, and then be looking out for new post in your feed from them.
3. - Follow all the likers of their content, I like to do it on post that are 40 minutes or less. If you are on your home residential or 4G network then you should be able to follow around 50 at once. All at once within like 2-3 min.
4. - Wait for 2 hours
5. - Rinse and repeat.

You will start getting follow backs immediately because the user is most likely active on their phone and will see your notification, granted your target and content is good.

I'd say keep doing what you're doing. Mix it up with bigger hashtags for more reach and you're set for stable growth as long as you keep it up with quality content and frequency.

I usually go through each hashtag and see which ranks my post higher, but it takes time ngl. Anyone with a better suggestion?​

When you post make sure its during prime times that users will be on the app. So if you are on a specific time zone then post during the hours when people go to lunch for that timezone.

OP is trying to grow account without bots from scratch. So he is limited in what he can do. if you get a 50% FB ratio which is not hard to get at all, then you will yield a solid 3000 followers a month. More once your follower count goes up, usually your FB ratio gets better.
