How to hide Wordpress site that I build from Wordpress

As the title says How can I do that? Are there any Plugins? When someone checks via http://whatwpthemeisthat.com is should be said site not creating with WP or something. I saw some sites did but not sure how they do that

Don`t know what you mean by hide, but I assume it`s about either the login page or footer or something completley different?
For the login page there are multiple plugins that can both change the design and url for the link I have personally used WPS Hide login, about the design I don`t have used any but probabbly you just need to search cutsom wordpress admin login or something like that.
For the footer it`s either in the theme`s customization menu on or you have to edit it manually in the theme footer file;

You can use the plugin, but if someone knows what he's doing he'll just read your source code and recognize the Wordpress specific template, for example no one uses the class .wp-caption except Wordpress.

There are several aspects that should be taken into consideration
First of all, modifying the routes wp-includes and wp-content specially
This can be done with redirects and rewrting the content
Secondly, you must hide all the info (comments within the code) and also you might modify the name of the JS/CSS by combining them into one if possible (or modiying the names and rewriting it)

To completely hide WP signature, it's almost impossible unless you edit the source of the WP core itself (and all of the plugins). There are many ways to identify a WP site.

Exactly. The best way to hide it is by ditching wp for something else.
As for those plugins, they are still pretty easy to detect; if somebody knows how to.
