Post on thread for discount coupon

Recently i saw this on marketplace section

post on thread "Give me discount code" for discount code
post on thread : 1 week trial for trials

Why we need to post on thread. If seller want to give discount code then they can post on last thread. This is unnecessary posts on threads.

yes but that is useless. I checked one thread about Linken Sphere and hardly found genuine question about that. All thread post filled with give me trial.

I also find this very annoying, having to browse page after page without any actual review/helpful replies. Tabbed replies in bst threads will surely solve the problem. Hope the admins do something on this plsss.

I agree. Page after page of "any review copies", "any discount codes" etc is really annoying.

It’s annoying but it’s part of the game. Stop trying to completely remove parts of the marketplace that make it pop.

Yes part of the game but actually that is thread bumping. It can be change with pm me for discount code.

It is like bump my thread and ask for coupon or trial and then we send you coupon via pm.

The guy needs his thread bumped on first page and you need a discount. You can either pay the full price or you can help him with copy/pasting a 3 words phrase. I don't see the problem. I do this all the time and the discount is often worth it, especially if you order in bulk like me.

It doesn't have to be removed man. Just categorised replies could solve the issue. It should take another db table and a few lines of codes to implement this. That would drastically improve the visibility of actual reviews. If a user wants to see the review, he clicks on reviews tab. If he wants to see coupons, he clicks on coupon tab. We could have discussion as the default tab, which would show these "give me a coupon" type of replies.

oh yes that is what i want to see. That is best option.

It's annoying to you, but it wouldn't be if you had a BST and got a free exposure and sold something every time someone replies.

While I can appreciate the need to see less "advertising" and "unnecessary" thread bumping, it'd be awesome if people could stop complaining about nearly every aspect of the marketplace.

While at the same time, I agree about that tabbed option only because I very much enjoy organized content, and that's much more organized.

Sellers can post on their thread once every 72 hours to mention promotions / discounts etc.

The times in between they can reply to questions.
