Can't you call and explain to them that you had a stroke? I have etsy's ceo's email address if you want it. I had a problem with blackmail feedback and emailed him because etsy wouldn't take it down. Got an email from someone in their corporate office the same day with a reply.

well, if you own a site for 10+ years, and you keep posting on it, you don't need any so-called-seo service, just follow Google's instructions, that's it.

but in the first, i do purchased some service on this forum, that worked for me, but only for a while, then i know that if i wanna win in a long run, just be the good boy, post good content on your site, and Google will love you.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried some packages here. As you say, serp moved for a while and droped down. Waste of money. Time to find a new way.
