WARNING: Freenom is a scam

I created a .ml domain through Freenom.com that redirects to my site 2 weeks ago. I shared the my-domain.ml link in Facebook and when you open the link in new tab, it redirects to my site. However, if you click on the link, its opening an adult website. This is not happening with a newly created .ml domain but with the older one.
So, be careful.

P.S: If anyone knows a way to share a domain in Facebook without getting banned please post it.

Use telegram channel and put links in there, posting direct links, even .com .net .org extension will get you banned within 1 day, because as i know facebook can follow a redirect of that domain

Freenom uses this technique for suspicious users\domains. To reduce the chance of “adult redirect” don’t use freenoms NS in panel. Use NS of your additional hosting, add domains there and configure redirects manually on hosting (using TDS or simple “301-redirects”).
Then periodically check the NS-record of your freenoms. Because sometimes freenom likes to change it back and use for “adult redirect”. Site response code usual will be "HTTP/1.1 203". Just mark these domains as banned and don’t try to use them again.

It's free domains and they need extra money somehow. What they use is in ToS they redirect suspicious websites to ads websites. If you need to use Freenom create many websites with low hits on each or change for a more reliable registrar because Freenom is not one of them!

Just create a landing page with free websites like blogger, wix, weebly, google doc etc and put a call to action that will redirect to your website.

Its always been like this, plus its super PIA to get one free domain, doesn't matter what email u use, they always say email is already used.

am having the same issue i have 86 pbns 40 of them are being redirected to porn sites after 6 months and most of the accounts i can't log in or change the password
they are basically getting free traffic. its a very big scam

That is the price of "free". The registrar has to make money some how in order for that business model to be sustainable.

Free domains =you are their product.
