How do you get your Guestposts?

Learn to do it yourself or hire an agency that knows what they're doing.. one with a long proven track record. I see way too many "agencies" popping up these days that honestly leave a lot to be desired.. they'll use words like "bespoke" or "custom tailored" yet all they're doing is re-selling fiverr gigs or "curated links" which 99% of the time are on hacked sites, there's no actual "outreach" going on.

My advice if you go the agency route - go with one that's been around for several years and has a solid reputation not just on BHW but in the wider SEO community, avoid the fly by night outfits that seem to be popping up left right and center these days!

I am struggling to find a good process that is cost effective, but still dosent take much of my time. Do you guys use scrapebox, pitchbox or what does your process look like if you do it in-house?

I am using own software, which automatically doing such steps:

1. Crawling all registered domains to detect where WP / Joomla are installed.
2. Checking how well those domains are rank and for which KW via Semrush API
3. Checking metrics/links/anchor text via Majestic API
4. Selecting the domains with similar topics with good ranking for my topic/KW.
5. Crawling interesting blogs for email address + checking MX records for domain.
6. Contacting the owner via email / contact form - manually.

I am using hunter.io to find the emails now and the cost is just to darn big. Any other suggestions for this step? Snovio?

Do it yourself is the best way contact the sites offer content or money you will get the first hand price, don't pay thousands of dollars to anyone, mostly all agencies resell links overpriced and you are just filling someone's else pocket and you will not get the results you are after.

Sometimes I am also would like to have the brain of other people's, like a interior designers for example.
But we need to use the talent which we have and it's easy if you love what you doing.

Because nobody is able to be the best in everything, because life is too short.
Also the knowledge is the result years of hard work, it not coming accidentally - as some people will tell "you have luck"

They don't understanding that mentioned "luck" is the effect of hard work.
If anybody will find a one million on street - in this case can say that have the luck - and it will be the truth.

However, until today I am not know even one such person
Most of people's haven't the luck only for the reason, that they prefer to waste time on FB or in front of TV.

Where wasted time never will back.
