How do they find my email from domain

Hi bro,
All of my domains have been turn on the WHOIS privacy and change all fake information but some people still able to contact me via real email when i register domain.
How can they do that ?

Privacy service forwarding the emails to your original email.
They don't know it - they know only special created, short-time valid email by privacy service.

I check and see that it seem a direct message, not a forward message from google full original header

use tricks when you sign up to different places with gmail email
user+site@gmail
u.ser@gmail
etc that ways you can track it to who leaked it.
not perfect but should help

How did you know they contacting you through whois email?

Maybe they are using tools like hunter.io but I think that also works only if the domain is working and old enough.
