Unfortunately this is something EVERY cpa network does. I had people telling me they finished pin submit offers, but I didnt get any lead (high paying 20 bucks leads). So i gave it a try by myself with my german simcard in germany. I didnt receive any lead. This extremely pissed me off, because they might have shaved a huge amount of money from me over the years.

when I tell my AM about this he says “Oh just target another country” ffs. Thats not on Cpabuild, but another big and popular cpa company.

Also I know what you are talking about. Some offers which are about winning an iPhone would just redirect me to some gambling or even porn sites. This has nothing to do with “ip blocking” its just some shady advertiser taking advantage.


The best thing you can do is to create your own offer. Right now I am in the process to figure things out.

Incentive advertisers are unbeliveable thiefs and scammers. I understand about email submits,but those pin submits and cc...Those bastards are known to charge even 60$ from those scammed people who submitted their credit card,and they give you like 13$. Furthermore,they give you like 3% of all legit leads there. Pin submits are the same shit. You send them traffic,they take almost all money,they give you a random percent. They are known to give you the first lead in a day (to manipulate you and make you send more traffic) ,and then after that,they just shave to the end of the day. Your convert rate will start like 5-7% and to the end of the day,it will be 1%.

It sucks, but that's just the way it's been and probably will always be. Majority of the offers/networks that shave are promoting something shady anyway. If they're not honest with the customers (and in turn, you're not honest with them either), why would you think they would be honest with you?

There is no free iPhone, Gift Card, or whatever "free" prize they over nowadays, pin submits are successful because consumers are usually not aware they're being billed (sometimes for months), and same goes for C.C. trials. Now as advertisers fighting for your business, of course they're not going to play fair. They're going to show you a high payout, conversion rate, etc. and just like the consumers, you're getting duped too. There's sometimes legitimate reasons for scrubbing leads (bad quality leads, refunds, chargebacks, etc.), but shaving usually comes from shady networks and advertisers being greedy. These offers are short-term anyway, so it's not like they're tarnishing their name doing this. I once even worked with a network that let me know the advertiser was shaving over-time, and would just give me a new subID whenever conversion rates got too low.

Work with reputable networks and offers, and you won't have to worry about any of this.

Fact is moaning about it will not change anything. Most people that spend their time bitching and complaining can't get creative and make money. If you can drive heavy traffic you're really not going to worry too much about shaved leads, because you're raking in enough money to make up for the lost leads.

i'm not intrested at those incentive bastards,i won't send them a single click anymore. i promote non incent paid surveys which convert 15-25%. and i'm earning enough. it's harder,it needs to "back-out" but it's worth it and i don't need 1000 clicks per day. 100 clicks,25 conversions,job done. and about scam offers,actually one week ago,a girl from UK texted me at my FB page,she said that she received some makeup samples from an offer,she completed it earlier. i guess they send something to a few people,not more. and all the rest of the offers like gift cards and phones are pure lies.

Im done with CPA even with legit non incentive networks there is sooo many scam offers so the customers will get angry and chargeback etc.. and then those fuckers advertisers want to cut their loses so they shave the publisher instead.
If you have shitty offers then its not the publishers fault the traffic didnt convert,dont even get me started on those shady CC trial submit adult offers with fine print about crazy monthly subscriptions.
