Where to start. I started a JV back on September 4th with @archixet. Everything was going good until my account was restricted with eBay. I have proof of everything via screen shots and Skype logs. There where no issues with money. They were very good in that manner, however my eBay is what I consider trash now. I have negative feedback on ebay and this morning had a negative PayPal balance due to non stop refunds. He has closed his JV thread but I wanted to warn others before they lost their accounts. Do not JV with him. They always say it will be fine and we will handle it. Truth be they don't handle shit but poor customer service that earns bad reviews. This JV ended with me cussing and nothing positive. Still have not heard back from ebay as I'm trying desperately to get the account back. Got the MC011. Google it. Pretty much a eBay ban. They said they will be able to get the account back but I highly doubt it. I lost my shit when the PayPal went negative on top of my eBay being restricted. Who knows how many more refunds are to come. They hardly communicate. Just be careful guys. These people take your accounts and burn them for their profits while paying you pennies. Now for some proof. I had high hopes for this JV but it crashed and burned. Screenshot_20191010-140526.jpg Screenshot_20191010-140639.jpg

Yea, if it sounded too good to be true then it’s probably..

Bottom line, don’t be greedy. I read his JV and told myself to stay the f away since I don’t think there is anything as easy money without consequences.

In that sort of JV, NEVER use your main account whether it be Amazon, eBay or whatever.

There is always a chance you will lose it for a variety of reasons.

I learned a lesson, they often cost something. They never had any issues with paying me or anything of that nature.

This is the second negative experience with the same JV from @archixet , with this one being the first: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/amazon-jv-gone-wrong.1165687/

@BassTrackerBoats approved the original JV. He literally states, right below the fold of the original post:

When you go into partnership with another member, you MUST do your own due diligence.
All partners in a venture take full responsibility for the service and for each other's actions in respect to that service.

It doesn't appear like enough due diligence was performed on the part of the collaborator (OP of this thread). Especially as they were singing praises in the last few pages of the JV thread and in the thread referenced above.

@Sephrata was sent a copy of a sample invoice that @archixet sent on behalf of the OP of the first thread above, and it turned out to be a completely fake invoice.

Rule 3 of BHW clearly states:

As part of Black Hat World's guidelines, please be advised that Black Hat World does not encourage or promote any posts or discussions concerning unlawful activities, fraud, or deception

While the risks were made clear (as mud) in the JV, if @archixet was engaging in blatant fraud and roping in dozens of other members over the course of two years, that JV thread needs to be deleted, not just closed, as there is no information provided as to why the JV thread was closed, and there is nothing stopping someone from PMing @archixet to try and get on board, thinking that maybe the thread was closed for a non-negative reason.

What you do to make money is your own problem. But roping others into fraudulent schemes that are not completely above board without explicitly informing them of the risks involved is shady at best, and morally bankrupt at worst.

Always knew those Ebay/Amazon Account JVs were too good to be true...

Yes @Sherb you are correct. I didn't do enough DD. However I didn't read anywhere that my account may be involved in a scam.

I'm not going to discuss any $. I fill they have been fair and honest. No reason to bash them or expose that information.

The appropriate action was taken when that JV thread was closed.

Deletion is not necessary; closing it was the proper course of action taken.
I agree with @Sherb. A lot of people will still pm him to play in moving sands.
They even PM me to ask how my jv was with him so imagine to power or mirages.

I guess I need a trip to Egypt lol.

He does not live in Egypt but it is a lovely country and you can see the pyramids.

The decision was made with some thought and background information though; it's one of those iceberg decisions. You see 10% but we see the other 90 after going under water.

You make me scared. Working on a JV for software and game keys sold via eBay right now, let's just hope everything goes smoothly.

I've been in JVs here; some work some do not.

One made me incredible money... actually stupid money.

Once cost me close to 80K after all was said and done (I could have cut my losses at close to half but I took bad advice from a 3rd party).

You go into business and you need to make sure you cross all the T's and dot all the i's and give it a run.

Gee. Going into this as a beginner with almost zero capital... Nothing to do than close your eyes (or open then, rather...) and go through with it. "Augen zu und durch", as we say in Germany.

I totally agree with @Sherb to delete the thread.
Members can still contact him through skype.
