Absolutely try to do inner child meditation from louise Hay for a month's time and notice the difference

There is some form of energy controlling us..I call it the universe...but some people call it god

Yes I got you, I been doing meditation for about 3 months and I felt the difference.
The main reason I did this, is because I wasn't able to focus on my online works.
People see that as bullsht, because they want see the results from the first day-week.

Well meditation is just a breathing exercice, which allows to focus on breathing.
But, it works and worth trying
