I have streaming movie website with 5k daily visitors. I want to monetize it with cpm ads, but cant find high paying providers. I tried propeller ads, but they have low rate. And.. my visitors are from tier 4 country.

Focus on increasing your sites traffic, with tier trash traffic you'll need lot more than you have.

I know them well, but I'm not satisfied with the current CPM in India on Pop traffic.. did you try to use more ad networks? how much do you earn daily? try Admaven or Adsterra.

Your website needs more visitors from tier1/tier2 countries, nobody gives a rat's ass about tier 4. Especially when it comes to pops.

better remove some popups and sell the space in your website belongs to same country or country based affiliate products.
or post some other cpa banners...

Try adding few american based contents and spam it in related youtube pages from alternate account, use multiple short url services to avoid spammy link reports.

Traffic for movie streaming websites will logically come from "poor" people (yes, those kind of guys that cannot afford premium streaming websites such as Netflix), so you make the math.

Thats true.. I'll focus to increase my traffic.

Is anyone have observations about what is more watched - movies or series?

You should try and do both @John Dane . Movies are more intermittent. TV series are more frequent.

I would go for those movies or cartoons that you can't find Netflix.

Kids cartoons series is also an interesting niche.
