Can ya' recommend some Residential proxies?

I need some RESIDENTIAL proxies, for getting details from Craig-slist ads.
Must be USA-only, and Residential, Not Datacenter IPs.
Would be nice if I could select geo-located IPs, down to the City or State level.
For very little bandwidth usage. SHAREd (less expensive) would probably be good.

Please Read This:
Many proxies CAN read a CL ad, but to get to some Deeper detail, they don't work.
For example, looking at the REPLY window in some ads, I want to see the PHONE:

If CL sees this as a Datacenter proxy, they disallow my viewing the Phone:

I need proxies that will allow viewing the phone. Any suggestions?

Darn. Why do the Images not appear there?
I tried the "Image" icon, and entered the URL,
but all that appears is that

IMG text in brackets.
I then added the link, 'cause the images didn't show in the Preview.

AND I've already looked at All of the vendors in the "Proxies for sale" forum.
I think I need a vendor that is not advertised there.

As far as I know, Luminati and Smartproxy allow you to select the location of your IPs (both have marketplace threads). But other providers as well.

Thanks for the replies, people.
Again, I've gone thru all of the sellers in the Proxies for Sale forum.
Maybe I shoulda' mentioned: I'm looking for less expensive options.
Luminati starts at $500 / month. WAY too expensive.
SmartProxy starts at $75, and I s'pose I may have to accept that expense.
I'm still searching, and hoping.
