Is there any way i can get Amazon SES

i am looking for amazon ses. I would be wonderful if it is 50k+ limit. I tried it to create a lot of times. But i am unable to.

Never used Amazon SES and I'm not aware of how that sign-up process goes, but a quick search shows that there're a few members on here who can sell Amazon SES accounts to you.
