Admob interstitial not making enough money

Hi! I would like to ask to the community what could be wrong with my interstitial ads. They are only representing the 2% of my app revenue even though the app is optimized to have a lot of window transitions. Of course, they are not showing in every transition but i feel like i am missing something. What can i do to improve this?

To give more info about this. My eCPM Minimum is disabled. Don't kow what to do with it. If it is disabled it means Google is taking care of it? Or should i stablish a minimum?

Planning to do it eventually, but not right now. I belive there's something I am missing that could improve the performance

How many times you show your interstitial ad ? according to my experience , the more you show it the less eCPM you'll get. Try to put 2 ads maximum from admob and monetize with other networks with mediation option. Good luck

Thank you so much for your reply, that sounds interesting, i actually reduced the amount of interstitial ads every 10 minutes. The weird thing is that admob says my interstitial ads have only had 22 impressions. while the complete app has +1000 impressions. There's definitely something wrong going on with this block of ads. Is a quiz game app. So there are LOTS of transitions from a page to another within the app while using it. And yes, it is made to show interstitial ads every few page transitions.
