I got the platinum package. Def don't recommend. He never responds to questions thru email, skype or his online ticketing system on his web site. No ranking increase. I have Google alerts setup, Never got any alerts on any of his links. Waste of money. Took about 30 days to complete. The domain report is a 2 second thing from a free tool.

@Peter Ngo always answers on skype, I noticed the past few days he has been gone but I talk to this guy quite a bit and he knows whats he's doing and has great customer service. He must be dealing with something, anyways @Peter Ngo contact me when you see this on skype
