If you are not doing something like spamming, where you would be violating the providers TOS, you can find many, good, fairly priced VPSs on LowEndTalk.com. They have a thread for "Requests." You can list what you are looking for in terms of resources and providers will make offers. Other users will also alert you to good buys. Steer clear of LowEndBox.com. Many of the providers on that site offer oversold, unusable services. I've bought many VPSs over the years there. I still have a good deal of them.
