How are you monetizing then?

I'm not being successful in monetizing it. It's general informational channel so it is bit hard to pick any targeted monetizing. Just letting it grow until I figure something. I don't upload anything at all, but it still grows in region of 20k subs each month.

This is what I'm talking about. There should be a way for people to know which youtube channels are being monetized and which are not. I don't know why youtube doesn't allow us to know this info when we come across a channel. I think it would help greatly to know which channels are legit and monetized and which ones are not. That way we can do a lot of self-study and research and understand what makes some channels monetized and what makes other not.

Obviously I know you should have original content as the #1 reason, but a lot of channels out there have reused content but they edit it or add a lot of their own value to it and somehow are getting monetized for it.

i have a 400k channel of sports, demonetized due copyright strikes

i got a movie channel of 10k, same

can't make any money out of them, people aint clicking on shit, also very low reach in videos, i think they shadow ban your channel, dont suggest ur videos when you get strikes or something

If I have original content, let's say about cooking, there is not the way for disabling monetization?
