Is It Possible to Get Inactive Username?

I know hacking doesn't work and all of them are scammers anyways, so I tried the method of contacting IG and doing the report thing that they were misrepresenting my brand name and the account hasnt been used for multiple years, has no avatar, 3 followers, following 22 and is probably a bot account. I heard this never works though and they just delete the username for good or at least a long time. So basically yes they remove the account, but I still won't have access to it? Has anyone had any experience with this or actual success with instagram giving you the account bank? Could use some thoughts on this. Thanks guys!

I don't mean that all hackers are scammers, I'm referring to the ones who spam the youtube channels "hey this person get me this username for cheap" etc.

I don't understand what you're asking, personally. You're saying it's a bot account that someone created to destroy your reputation, so you reported it to have the account deleted but now you're also trying to gain access to the account? I'm confused.

Unless you have the trademark and a large enough brand, it is highly unlikely you will get the name.

OP found an account on Instagram with a username he likes, the account is inactive so he is trying to get the username.
