TAT for 1k words is 10 days
TAT for 5k words is 16 to 18 days
TAT for 10k words is 22 - 27 days
You said" I'll try my best to send your article in less than 11 days."

Now 18 days passed and nothing...
Week ago on September 17 you said " It will take few more days" .

WTF ?
