it's time guys. the excitement continues. in the first part of this journey i made a goal to hit $100 per day from dropshipping. i started from absolute nothing and spent 3 months building a store which eventually morphed into a company. by the end of those 3 months i was cracking $100 per day on average. you can read the full journey here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/dropshipping-journey-to-100-per-day-completed-10-02-2019.1134516/
there's tons of content in there that chronicles the entire events that have took place. i tried to update regularly and document each phase of action that i have taken.
since i completed the first journey, it's time to start part two.
in this journey i will be scaling the company i now have to a consistent $10k per month in profit. i don't think it should be too difficult and probably will take me less time compared to completing the first journey. right now i need to effectively 2-3x my current results to get to that $10k per month in profits.
at the moment i'm running $900 worth of facebook ads and cracking about $300-400 per day in profit on average. i just recently started hitting these levels so the next month i'll be seeing if i can stabilize this. i will be letting my current ads run and slowly scaling them up to $1k per day and $1.2k per day. if i can keep the profits consistent at that level i should be able to crack $10k per month in profit consistently.
i'm also spending around $100 per day on snapchat ads. these ads have generated me some purchases. i'm not profitable right now with thembut i'm still working on it and still collecting data. i'm hoping that i can build enough data to be able to drop $500 per day consistently on snapchat ads and bring in at least 1.50 ROAS.
by the end of it all i wouldn't be surprised to see myself dropshipping $2k per day on ads in 2 separate platforms. that's a lot of money, at that point i'll need to increase my credit card limit because the spend will get out of control.
i have a lot of plans for the future. i want to take my one product and improve upon it. then launch a brand new site and get fulfillment centers across the globe. my goal is to have global coverage and sell millions of units to people. i want my product to be the next iPod or AirPods. it's pretty exciting and i'm on a relentless pursuit. first i want to hit this $10k per month goal though. i'm estimating that i'll be started on this improved product sometime around Feburary/March.
i'm in the process of hiring a VA for my support email and social media comments because it is starting to become a lot. my order fulfillment is automated thanks to the agent i have. things are pretty well streamlined right now. i bring in about 50-80 orders per day and it takes me about 20 minutes per day to place the bulk order for it. so i'm able to push massive volume yet dedicate little time to sustain the volume, it's great.
the next few days i will be slowly scaling up and assessing the ads, as well as posting results pictures here. i'll be creating some new creatives soon as well. most of the focus will be on scaling up the ads though. that's really what my job is at this point, pushing more ads to bring in more orders.
and so we go.
