I bought a site from @patadeperro and here's my review:

What I like:

• I requested a custom design for my logo and appearance and was done beautifully according to my specifications.
• there is a paid membership pro plugin ready for me to add my paypal or stripe account, everything else was done, even the product descriptions.
• There is great aftersales customer service and I got a great guide on how to monetize, plus some help setting it up myself.
• The highlight of the site is that it's optimized for google jobs postings, there are a few issues on it, but it's normal and the big job has already been done:

• The price is right.
• It's also ready for me to add the adsense code or my affilate banner if I chose to and everything's set up for you to monetize it and start promoting it

What could use improvement:

mobile speed was quite low:

There is zero pre-sales, I just asked a yes or no question but the seller didn't answer it until I paid for the site. In my case it was fine because I knew I would buy it anyway, but not answering a simple yes or no question before the sale had been made is not something one sees often on this site or any other, and it could be a dealbreaker for someone who was not already convinced of buying like I was.

I think you should read the sales letter BEFORE asking this... there is no plagiarised content whatsoever when you work with the API's the tool clients give you access to their information so you are NOT PLAGIARISING anything, besides that we are the only ones who assure you that your site will be getting UNIQUE job offers even if there are other websites in the same city because we have access to the entire description of the job offers (different to any other plug in and partner agreement) and because the urls sctructure of the website you will have unique content, so stop spreading false information from a service you have not bought, there is no problem asking questions but there is a problem asking loaded questions specially when they have been addressed in previous posts.

Thank you very much for your honest review and I love to answer each one of the points, this is exactly why I DO NOT ANSWER Pms... because most people who send the messages do not buy.. and I do not expect everybody to buy but the point of being in an open forum is to openly ask the questions to all the people interested in the service can read it and benefit from it besides the openness of the communication (I have nothing to hide) and it is very possible that the same doubts you have will be shared with other potential buyers.

as you can see it is fully integrated with Google for Jobs, now those "error messages" are because the jobs are real jobs and some of them DO NOT have all the information because the companies hiring do not completely fill out them, it does not mean the integration it is wrong or that it happens in ALL the jobs there are a few of them, but once they are erased or expired you should not get this errors and remember you will be receiving new jobs everyday.

Yes it is because the entire e-commerce integration it is heavy on the mobile sites specially the images since it is a single image the one selling the services, we are working on this one, but honestly it has not affected our revenue.

- i am not a WP guy .. having all my pages in HTML. So would it be a problem for me to set it up or when you get access to the WP panel you do all.
- you are maintenencing your API so when there are changes it still works or this must be somehow purchased later on...
- is enough for the new owner to make off page seo or does the page needs maintenance and work to be done because that would not be interesting for me. But as i understand it runs on auto ...
- you can recommend form your experience what to buy (like cities where you should see fast success) and do you sell cities several times ?
- what income you can expect on your recommendation cities 100.000

Answer: Adsense with the e-commerce combined, that is what will bring the money but it will definitely depends on your marketing efforts and expertise BUT we are here to help you all the way.

We already have a list of cities that work best and we share it with our clients, but you can create a site based on a category (example: bigdatajobs.com) or even a site with JUST certain types of jobs such as customerservicejobs.com so it really depends on what you feel more comfortable promoting, the site structure and the Google for jobs integration makes that even two people are in the same city they don’t compete against each other and each one of them have unique jobs and structure, but if you want a city with no other clients I can help with that too, that is why we said USA is great because it has many cities to choose.

This is a site that receives this visits since August to date:

and it has gotten these 2 clients since february (they have been paying since that date) plus all the others that pay to post once, another thing is that you control the prices for the subscription, the one time posting etc..

Now that I have given you some numbers for one of my sites you can take your own conclusions BUT as I have always said I will explain how to promote the sites nevertheless the results depend on how many hours you spent promoting it and your skill set, example I do a lot of cross promotion lets say I have a site that has dallas texas jobs…. I promote the site in dallas related groups but I do it as well in San Antonio groups, the jobs that are customer service for example I promote it in customer service related sites, we upsell the client a lot to increase the total amount of dollars we get from each visitor and we buy traffic as well.

I have explained in other answers and posted proof of some of the sales via e-commerce but we give several other methods depending on your skill level and expertise, now something that it is a game changer that creates a LOT of opportunities is the new service “Google for jobs” that as I explained in other posts, is the premium real estate space Google devotes to the jobs search, here the important part is that you CAN’T publish directly to Google for jobs, you need to use an intermediary a job board optimized with the data structure that google requires ... and your job board will be optimized and pushing jobs into the google for jobs premium space.
