Best niche edit providers?

Who in your experience gave you the best results for niche edits? Seems like most are hacked sites, and low quality overall.

Doesn't have to be someone from BHW

I saw an ad on facebook from seo group buy $27 they are doing paid campaigns for Niche Edits.

Got 1 from them for $117 good results so far but they don't have any order page they are doing it with their facebook page.

I used to do niche edits on my own only for my own projects. Because I have a big list of requirement for this task.
I remember once I was able to get link insertion from the NFT related article which already had 10 000 monthly traffic. My link was inserted there for $300 and it was the best backlink I've ever built, because thanks to that my link is still getting around 100 clicks/months. Much better then any affiliate.
