Hello , I am able to get 4-5 girls maybe more to work on chaturbate.
Can anyone help answer these questions pls.

I am planning to set up as an agent / studio / webmaster in chaturbate , I will take the 5% revenue on the girls.
I am new to chaturbate so I need to ask...
Pls can you help with these questions.
1. Is going for the 5% revenue the best option ?
2. Is the money paid monthly ? If so and I start the girls working on the 1st of a month and chaturbate pay on the 7th then we get paid yes ? Or do we wait a month from our start date ?
3. Do they pay us the agent or direct to the girl ?
4. Does the girl get access to her earning , so she can see what money she has ?
5. Has anyone ever done an agency / webmaster on chaturbate that can help me pls.?
6. Is it possible for a girl to work via her phone / phone camera ?
7. Can we collect emails from viewers to do email campaigns later ?
8. Any other sites , that are as big as chaturbate we can double up and work for ?
9. Does anyone know where the remote vibrators are bought ? Set off by tips.
10. Besides chaturbate are there other ways to make money on the side ? Such as photo sales , clothing sales etc.

1. Is going for the 5% revenue the best option ? Maybe, its not bad, taking more would be too much IMO. Use CB to get the girls making money elsewhere and take a cut of that or charge them monthly fee

the biggest thing isnt getting the girls, its getting them to make money, many people do this and make nothing. Its almost always about the attitude of the girl/guy on cam that decides how fast and if you can grow. Being interactive, smile, dont look bored, dont type or respnd to messages, vocalize all responses and talk to the viewers, things like that, and of course getting them to follow your twitter and grow beyond CB
Charging for Skype cam shows is more lucrative IMO but you build the followers via CB

%5 is good, I would also get them to use your signup link so you can get a little extra too..Lovsense is the name of that toy, google it, I'm not sure about paying the agent or girl part, go to GFY.com and ask them, those guys would know there, its possible for a girl to work her phone, some people sell premium Snapchats too, that is something you need to look into as well. There are other cam sites like My Free Cams but Chaturbate is a proven converter, but just like James said its about the attitude of the model if they will make it, there is a 1000 naked girls on Chaturbate what are you going to do to compete with them watch them and learn is the best way

Thx for this , I did consider the skype idea but wasn't sure how to go about it as Obv. It's against the rules to take payments outside chaturbate,
Totally agree the girl needs to be eye candy but also worth watching and paying for.

It is against the rules to take payments outside of CB for CB services given. example you cannot take a paypal payment in exchange for giving a show on CB.
(BTW never use PayPal for cams)
You certainly can take payment for a skype show, you just cannot solicit off CB activities while on CB or through your CB profile.
You can link to twitter though and promote your twitter, and through your twitter you advertise your skype and such.
