Best paying android offerwall and average cpi?

Hi guys,

For my new application I'm doing some research about offerwalls.

Unfortunately I can't find a lot of numbers to give me a clear idea of what to expect.

Any one here that can give me some numbers? What are installs trough the offerwall worth on average? I understand that it depends on the app, the country etc. but am i thinking $0.0x , $0.xx or $x.xx?

So in other words, what is a is a install worth for a medium paying app in the USA, Belgium and India for example?

I also want to know what networks will accept you without having the app launched already. The offerwall will be a great deal of the app and i would like to have it implemented before the app goes live.

USA just app install AVG 0.20
USA app install + doing specific action like level up in game or sign up in app service can get you AVG 1.5$
India and Belguim and 3rd tier countries 0.05 AVG.
