I'm feeling shit last few days. i don't want to do anything.

Exercise does a lot for mental health, and obviously general health as well so that could be something worth looking into. It’s also ok to just simply take a break from things to clear your head. Get out of the house for a bit, read a book, play games, or basically do whatever helps YOU relax. The motivation should come back soon :)

Sounds like you're depressed - in which case you should down tools on the internet for a bit. So see family, walk your dog, love your partner - anything that makes you happy.

Eventually, you'll get your mojo back.

Note: If it goes on for a few months, you might want to speak to your Doctor.

Sometimes you just need to feel bad for a few days honestly. You cant always be go go go 100%, sure you can go for months or a year or etc but at some point we need to crumble a little bit.
The key is to accept it, understand it, and know that is might be part of the natural process.

If it goes on too long or thoughts wander badly then yes maybe seek help, hope youre feeling better now.

Remind yourself the goals you are aiming for which got you to BHW from the first place.

Travel somewhere bro. Not out of the city or country. Just book a hotel for 3 days in the same city. Watch Netflix all day. Or read a book. Or drink with your friends there. By the 4th day you will be back on track.

I watched a series on Netflix recently when I was feeling like crap. It's called Top Guy. By the end of the last episode I was so pumped up. If used properly, Netflix can cure depression..

Bang some nice girl and feel you alive!

you will work hard to bang nice chicks again n put yourself up

Almost every weekend I head outside the city to my second home, grab a chair, sit outside, smoke a cigarette and just think.

One huge mistake that people make when working from home/from computer is that they don’t take breaks or nothing. They work every single day, barely eat, barely drink water and don’t work-out. And if at the same time whatever you do doesn’t bring you a single dime - you might experience a slight depression which slowly swallows you to the point where you burn out. Don’t let that happen.

Wake up, eat, drink, workout and take breaks. You can’t have a positive life with a negative mind. Get your shit together, man because it’s all in your head. You’re capable of anything. It’s literally ALL. IN. YOUR. HEAD.

Nothing motivates me more for IM than having to go-to a 9-5 job I hate 5 days a week.

In all seriousness though, fitness - whether lifting weights at a gym or just a walk, actually does wonders for mental health.

This!

When you feel like that is better to stop whatever you are doing and just take a break. If you are doing something while feeling that way, it won't probably be as good as you could make it, be it an app, some script or anything at all. Motivation and interest are key ingredients of success. Just go for a walk/drive or simply taking a nap can sometimes freshen you up and help.
