Quora is a great source for BLOG TOPICS but it's very hard to use and, really, UNORGANIZED.

Maybe a scraper with the features above can make things easier for bloggers

Just judging by the view counts on certain answers on Quora, you might get decent traffic

There are a few factors to consider though
- how high your answer ranks
- how many competing answers exist for the question you're targeting
- how many related questions are competing for the same eyeballs
- how saturated your niche is on Quora
etc etc
