Hi, so I joined here, idk why, I just remembered this site existed a week ago and took a look!
I work from home running a business funding/financing one man shop.

Also here to learn about SEO/online marketing to grow my lead sources.

My number one lead source however has been simply being social. Talking to anyone, and getting them to talk to me, tell me what they do, what they offer, even what they do for fun etc.
It has huge reward potential.

I answer pretty freely on any question and am interested in selling some services here to potential start ups or up and running businesses in the marketplace soon.

Thank you, I am currently so busy offline/email/facebook/phones with just making relationships, but once that settles down or as time allows its time for SEO etc. I think the HML is best offline. Start up funding, MCA, credit repair, etc I need to figure out how to approach it, as there are huge companies eating up the online presence. Although I think it is certainly worth it.

All I do is read and google and talk. Hardcorecloser.com has good motivational and educational articles imo, a good mix of tips/strategies and also making you realize you need to quit bitching and go hustle.
I simply learn by asking everyone about everything. To toot my own horn Ive learned more about MCA then most brokers do, in only a few months. Its astounding how many people dont use google to learn, some brokers dont even really know what they are selling lmao. Thank you

Thank you, I am currently so busy offline/email/facebook/phones with just making relationships, but once that settles down or as time allows its time for SEO etc. I think the HML is best offline. Start up funding, MCA, credit repair, etc I need to figure out how to approach it, as there are huge companies eating up the online presence. Although I think it is certainly worth it.

Make sure the time that you are expending offline/email/facebook/phones is worth it to promote your project. I say this because one of the most valuable things that i could have learned here is that we waste a lot of time at unnecessary things like Instagram/Facebook instead of being productive. I wish you all the best.

Oh yes, when i use facebook its for making relationships.
For example im in a few cash advance and payment processing groups.
Or i see someone posting on an ad.
I have reached out successfully to help them, and have learned a bit in return.

Emailing and offline/calling I have received most of my leads. I am currently calling and boarding with the HML across the country that I think have value so i can place all of these deals, setting up my system before i take on the leads i have in waiting.
Honestly just from calling one HML, I have interested him in white labeling our cash advance so he can provide 30 day bridge funding to his clients while they close with him. The clients already receive cash advances, but they arent making any money, maybe 3 points on it. We are discussing white labeling him so that he receives 8 points on all the deals.

Today I sent a cold email to a local real estate broker whom i saw comment on a post looking to refer hard money business. On Monday Ill call her direct. Just non stop hustling and playing with my puppy
