How to grow Twitter accounts fast with bots

I am having a task to grow hundreds of twitter accounts up to 5000+ followers, I found twitterdub is good one to start with. But I have some doubts, and would be appreciated if someone can give me some tips.

1) how fast can I get 5k followers per account? I don't need target followers, just random followers will be OK.
2) can I go safe using 3-5 accounts per proxies?
3) what proxies will you guys recommend?
4) what should I do to prevent being banned with Twitterdub?

i tried twitterdub recently and have to phone verify and confirm email frequently.
this is probably beacuse of my rate limits but i do not follow more than 50 per day.

Bringing PV frequently is not good. how old is your account? are you using proxies?
