Error 1020 cloudflare several locations?

I would like to report that Asia Pacific location is impacted as well.
My work IP and home IP both are blocked at the time of this writing.
Using VPN worked though.

The majority of forum traffic isn't impacted. But then, as you’ve made it here - you can see that. The error messages that appear should let you know what you need to do. We’re working on a solution that works for all.

Not sure if we are talking about the same issue here but see my attachment.

I get the same problem on phone (when at home using wifi) and on laptop (same IP). The only way to fix it is when I login via my phone without wifi. It seems that when I login on phone without wifi, it unblocks my IP and I can use BHW normally once again. It’s very annoying and BHW supprt can’t fix it ... emailed a few times already.
