There are a ton of "hacks" but not all will work for your business.
You should have a growth mindset and always test new things to see which brings the biggest results with the minimum effort or expense and then scale it

Well, he say that because your post title "Let's share" but after that you say "I'm creating a new local startup and i need the best growth tactics for startup" its a click bait.
It is an indication or implication that you will share your method as well, along with the other.

"Growth Hacker" are just 2 words. People have been hacking the growth of their companies for ages.
If you're good at selling and marketing and are really focused on growing fast you should start testing right now.
First of all what does your startup do? A startup can be a pizzeria too..

There's no winning growth hacking strategy that will work for all companies. You need to make a lot of tests and somehow manage to be different than your competitors. One technique that comes to mind is to offer something for free. Freebies can make people interested in your brand much faster.

It's always a good idea to try and gain new knowledge and maybe it's a translation mixup but personally I would not be starting a "start up" if you have not got experience. Go work at a start up (whatever the fuck start up means anyway....as in "a business". I'm not a hipster so I don't feel the need to use that term I guess.) Get a job in the field you want to work in and gain some experience. Reading about stuff here on a forum is a poor substitute for doing the work and gaining experience and knowledge in the real world. Either way I think starting up a business with no experience is a bad idea.

They are but not good as Yelp, Foursquare... they only have Outdated businesses information, poor design, poor UX...
