Your country IP may be the reason for Blank site. Try accessing the website with Indian Proxy.

I have been using Ahrefs from toolszap[dot]com since last 2 months.
Support is great, they reply to FB messenger within an hour.
Ahrefs was never down, though it becomes slow sometimes, but you can use it an hour or so later and works fine.
Ahrefs costs 4.33 usd per month, pricing of tools package is really good.
Also i can run it in two system provided the IP remains constant ( like me and my partners work from same wifi ).

Flikover is good but the downside is you get limited access. which means you cant do website audits or create a projects etc...

I have used a lot of group buy services - tried almost all the service providers found in Google first 3 pages. Trust me, none of these services are good. At the time of necessity, you will get the service down, or credentials not working. Don't go for group buy services, rather buy the original tool, if you need share the price with your known persons.
