i delete windows , i scan my pc for many times, ut that messge still found

No, this is not a big deal!

Google just doesn't like your proxy! Happens to me all the time, so just enter the pretty little letters, hit "Enter" (You cannot use your mouse!) and search away.

Keep your cookies cleared and this will happen less.

I just call it "Googleshit"; strange stuff that Google does.

It does not affect any other of my Google services so just keep your box clean and restart if if happens a lot.

I get this every time I run a ranking report. In fact, the entire company gets it until the following day.

This happens to me quite often, usually when I am running tools like SEO Elite, Keyword Elite, Niche Finder, SEOQuake Toolbar, etc. a lot.

It is because something on your system is making a lot of request to Google in a short amount of time. Not to worry, like the others said, it will clear up, usually later the same day, or the next day.

You can try and reset your modem if you have adsl and sometimes that works as it reassigns a new IP address to you.

Simple fix
Dump your cookies
Reset to a new ip
and All better
