I would recommend you to first make a high quality ASO done not only for the promo graphics and video, but mostly for the texts (title/descriptions)
You should research the keywords relevant to your app, their popularity, your competitor keywords, the long-tail keywords etc
Then when you optimize your ASO, you could try the keyword rankings service in order to become ranked Top1 for it and start getting the real free organic installs from the people finding your app from market's search results

Does optimizing the description mean that I stuff my keywords in say 3-4000 words in my short/long descriptions etc?
I know 90% of people dont really ever read through the desc. But for ranking and keyword purposes is that why I would do such a thing?
